  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

  • When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
  • When can I expect my product?

US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 to 20 business days to arrive at their destination.

  • What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    Yes, Flickblend does deliver internationally. Depending on the location deliveries can take up to from 15-30 days.

    • How long does processing time take?

    Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

    Returns and Refunds

    • Can I return my product for a refund or exchange?

    Yes, Flickblend's top priority is the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase we offer returns and exchanges.

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    • What makes an item returnable?

    All items are returnable. If an item is not to the satisfaction of the customer they may return it.This includes faulty items, and unused items in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.

    • When will I receive my refund?

    All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

    • How much time do I have to return my product?

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    • How do I start a return?

    You can start a return by clicking on our Contact Us page. Send us an email and our customer contact team will give you the details on how to return.

    • Can I change or cancel my order?
    As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
